This has an ever downward spiraling impact on the way government and business operates and how adults raise their children.

Instead of complaining about the way things are, the founders of this organization, Debbra Sweet and Daniel Sweet, decided to do something about it. Thus the Power of Leadership Training University was developed to educate and motivate people for rising up from where they are today and becoming stronger leaders in their role as parents, in their jobs and in their businesses for greater health, wealth and prosperity.

The Power of Leadership Training University provides the best resources, tools and experts who make themselves available to guide, educate, mentor and train tomorrows leaders today. Debbra Sweet leads the consulting branch of the Power of Leadership Training University. She is helping people become better leaders for empowering organizations to create a culture of success through legacy and action based leadership skills.

Taking a stand for the need for better leadership and role models, Sweet is opening doors and lines of communication through skill set development and training. The end goal is to empower individuals to be better leaders in their personal lives, family, communities, work environment and within the government.
